Service

DealMRR is a buyer-side discovery and analysis product built around TrustMRR listings. It helps you screen, compare, and pressure-test deals before you move deeper into diligence, negotiation, or purchase discussions.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your account and for using the product lawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, misuse of AI features, attempts to interfere with the service, or violations of these terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.

Data and analysis limits

DealMRR relies on listing data, marketplace data, and internally computed scoring and AI outputs. We aim to make those outputs useful, but we do not guarantee that any listing data, score, pricing frame, AI report, or buyer conclusion is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your specific situation.

No investment, legal, or financial advice

DealMRR provides informational buyer-side analysis only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and it should not replace your own diligence, underwriting, legal review, or negotiation process.

Acceptable use

You may not use DealMRR to scrape the service aggressively, abuse AI features, reverse engineer private product internals, interfere with security controls, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Availability

We may change, improve, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may need to suspend the service for maintenance, abuse prevention, or provider outages.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealMRR is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of DealMRR after an update means you accept the revised terms.
