What we collect

We collect the information needed to operate DealMRR, including your email address, account and billing status, watchlist activity, AI usage history, and the actions you take inside the product. We also receive payment and subscription metadata from Stripe when you start or manage a paid plan.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, deliver the product, enforce plan limits, process billing, generate AI reports, improve ranking and discovery workflows, and support the service. We also use aggregated product analytics to understand feature usage and performance.

Data sources and third parties

DealMRR is a buyer-side analysis layer built around TrustMRR listings and revenue data. We rely on third-party providers to run parts of the service, including Supabase for authentication and core data services, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for AI report generation, Resend for transactional email and inbound forwarding, Vercel for hosting and basic product telemetry, DataFast for marketing attribution, and Sentry for production error monitoring.

Cookies and session data

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve theme preferences, maintain auth sessions, and support analytics and attribution. If you block those technologies, parts of the product may not work correctly.

AI reports

When you request or view an AI report, we send the relevant listing data and supporting computed context to OpenAI to generate the response. We do not send payment credentials or raw authentication secrets as part of that process.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the service, support your account, meet billing and legal obligations, and maintain internal records. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can stop using the service at any time, contact us to request account deletion, and manage billing directly through the billing portal when you have an active subscription. If you need data or account help, email team@mail.dealmrr.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
